Murrayville was originally called Murray’s Corners, until the post office changed the name in 1911. It’s one of the oldest communities in Langley, and  well worth a visit — beginning at Porter’s at the Five Corners (now a roundabout). Take the Murrayville Walking tour HERE.

The Old Yale Road was once part of the route to the gold rush. The former Murrayville Garage is on the right. (Built in early 1900s)

Up the hill are two homes restored and managed by the Langley Heritage Society — including the Lamb/Stirling House, built 1910 – 1912 by David Lamb. More about the house HERE.
