Maureen Pepin: 1934 – 2022

Maureen Pepin, a longtime member and volunteer with the Langley Heritage Society, died just before Christmas. A teacher, vice-principal, museum docent, historian and lover of horses,  she also wrote Roads & Other Place Names in Langley, and edited a memorable history of Aldergrove called The Place Between. Maureen volunteered with many organizations but took special interest in helping develop and administer student scholarships in the Langley district. (She was able to attend university thanks to scholarships.) The Langley Heritage Society is making a donation in her memory to the Pepin Family Scholarship, Langley Foundation at the Langley School Board. We will miss her deeply. Read her obituary HERE.
